Feltrim unveils ‘Fountains at ChampionsGate’0
The afternoon heavy storms lighted up just enough when it was time for Garrett Kenny of Feltrim Developments to cut the ribbon at the Grand Opening of the Fountains at ChampionsGate on June 25, 2015.
After a meet-and-greet and tours of the model town homes, Feltrim CEO Garrett Kenny cut the ribbon, and guests moved inside the Fountains clubhouse for a VIP ceremony.
Garrett Kenny spoke about the $29 million, 80-unit Fountains at ChampionsGate development of townhome villas, which saw significant sales to UK and Chinese investors. The development features luxury three- and four-bedroom villas, resort-style pools, and clubhouse. He thanked the builders, architects, and others involved in the Feltrim development project, which has been in the works since 2013.
He also unveiled Balmoral at Water’s Edge, Feltrim’s newest luxury lakefront resort community in Haines City.
IACCF President Cynthia Conlin gave a speech, “Three Best to Have in Plenty,” at the event. Therein she praised Garrett Kenny and explained the old Irish saying, “Three best to have in plenty – sunshine, wisdom, and generosity.”
John Newstreet of the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce and Ken Pierce of the Asian Real Estate Association of America also gave speeches.
Members of the Irish American Chamber of Commerce Florida joined other guests at the event, including representatives and members from the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA); Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida (AACC); Aston Hotels and Resorts; the Kissimmee/Osceola Chamber of Commerce; Haines City Economic Development Commission; and Feltrim Group staff and contacts.
